JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join our team and help sell one of the most innovative marine products on the market. Bixpy motors and batteries are in high demand and we need help getting the word to resellers, retailers, distributors and end users in the US and abroad.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Have a passion for the outdoors and a willingness to learn new products
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Driver's license and car required (car expenses will be covered)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present, promote and sell Bixpy products to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Work with in-house marketing team to generate content for promoting Bixpy products
- Work with third party companies to improve on-line presence
Education: Minimum college degree or higher in business, marketing or sales
Position: Full-time
Work Location: Bixpy San Diego Headquarters (not a remote position)
